Hands up who's ready to yoga?! Get access to 10 yoga classes with Lou in the Northern Beaches.

The classes are run by Lou, who believes in an ever-evolving practice that changes with you as you journey through life – particularly for women as they move through pregnancy, birth(s) and motherhood. Lou radiates playfulness and positivity, she weaves this through her classes to leave students feeling revived, upbeat, and balanced.

Louise teaches weekly Vinyasa, Restore, Pre-Natal & Mums n Bubs classes. She also loves to create bespoke yoga experiences - weddings, workplaces, hens or birthdays. Her boutique Yoga studio is located in Mona Vale, and beach yoga takes place at Narrabeen Beach.

Saturday 7:30 - 8:30am

Move into your weekend with a dynamic, flow class and welcoming community, while you watch the waves roll in.

You’ll be guided through a practice which strengthens, stretches and balances your body - both physically and mentally.

Options are always provided, rest is encouraged and all levels are welcome. Leave feeling energised, grounded and ready for your weekend!


Termly (10 weeks)

My restore class focuses on soothing your nervous system and restoring mind and body from your busy, active life.

Each week we focus on different areas of the anatomy, adjusting poses for individuals with any injuries or ailments. We learn poses that target specific parts of the body and are easy to replicate at home, in the gym, or outside. 

We learn about how the breath can bring energy into the body, remove toxins, lengthen muscles and calm the nervous system. Guided relaxation helps to unwind, leaving you feeling relaxed and revived.

It is for you if:

  • You are are exhausted from a busy, modern day life but are not particularly good at relaxing or slowing down
  • You train hard in your chosen modality - whether that is Crossfit, footy or surfing OR parenting (!)
  • You spend a lot of your week sitting at a computer or driving
  • You tell yourself you’re too tight, or not flexible enough for yoga
  • You prefer a smaller, more intimate class
  • All levels from total beginners to experienced yogis
What you need:
  • Comfortable clothes, yoga mat and water!
